Army Civil Defense Helmet – WWII Era
Vintage, metal Army Civil Defense helmet from the WWII era. Red on top, white underneath, so it has been repainted red at some point, probably to indicate a Civil Defense firefighter. Paint covers stenciling on helmet that reads, “Property US Government OCD.” Has the regulation suspension underneath in good condition. Measures 6 3/4" tall X 12” wide.
