We know Cinderella from Disney. And while Disney made her famous in our time, the Greeks had a Cinderella of their own. Rosy-cheeked Rohdophis, a poor young girl, lost her slipper, which was recovered by a wealthy pharaoh. He searches the land until he finds the foot that fits the dainty slipper, and they live happily every after. The Cinderella story has been repeated throughout history in books, ballet, and even in movies. Wasn't Pretty Woman a modern-with-a-twist Cinderella story? I'm just sayin'. Now, back to why we're here. This lovely, dainty, ceramic Cinderella lipstick holder is perfect for the Disney collector. Cinderella is wearing a sky blue dress and is seated. In her flowing skirt are four holes for the lipstick tubes which would surround her like art pillars. The figurine is 3" tall and 3 1/2" wide at her skrit. I'm not sure of the maker, but there is a mark on the bottom with a second word "Enterprises."
