Duck Family - Retro
This darling, hand painted ceramic duck family is comprised of Mama duck and her three ducklings. This is the sort of thing Grandma used to have on her coffee table. All the family is connected in one long row like they are on a march somewhere. The ducks are cream-colored with dusty rose feet and bills and a slight brushing of rose on their wings. There is no maker's mark. This is a sweet Christmas gift for the ducky person in your life. It's 11 ½" from Mama's bill to the last duckling's feathery tail. No cracks, chips, hairlines or repairs. It does have a bit of white pain dripped down the last duckling's back. I started to try to remove it, but I then sort of thought it was cute, like something that would happen to a baby duck.
