Joan Jett and The Blackhearts Album LP - Sealed

Born Joan Larkin on September 22, 1960 in Philadelphia, PA, singer/guitarist, Joan Jett was one of the most surprising success stories of the early '80s. Jett, an early member of the all-female teenage rock group "The Runaways," with bandmate Lita Ford, would rocket to fame on her second solo LP that included the hit single "I Love Rock n' Roll. That LP went Top 5 and Platinum and was followed by this LP, "Album," in 1983. This LP is still sealed in its original shrink wrap (see photo) and has never been opened, much less played. Side One includes: Fake Friends, Handyman, Everyday People, A Hundred Feet Away, and Secret Love. Side Two features The French Song, Tossin' and Turnin', I Love Playin' With Fire, Coney Island Whitefish, and Had Enough. I don't know about you, but I loved the women of '70s and '80s rock n' roll, women like Suzi Quatro, Cyndi Lauper, and Annie Lennox, just to name a few. So, don your leather motorcycle jacket and wrist cuff, toss this great LP into your shopping cart, and let all your friends know you "Do It In The Basement!"
