Led Zeppelin T-shirt - Starship Photo
This is not the usual Zep t-shirt. It's a licensed repro of the group in the famous photo of them standing in front of their plane. The shirt is black with the ghosted photographic image on the front. Nothing on the back. The group's plane was appropriately called Starship, reflecting their mind set when the image was taken. This was the plane that they used on their 1973 and 1975 American tours. After the band broke up, the plane was used by several other musicians including The Stones, The Allman Brothers, and Deep Purple. Sadly, it was dismantled for parts in the early 1980s. Nonetheless, the plane will always be remembered in our hearts and in the famous photograph shown on this shirt. It's a great shirt with the photograph silk screened very lightly on the front. It's a Hanes Heavyweight, 100% cotton XL (46-48). Mint condition.
